She pursued her early education, including a Bachelor's degree in Science Education, in her hometown of Chhindwara and ventured to Banasthali Vidyapeeth in Rajasthan to attain a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA). This academic endeavor paved the way for a successful career in the Information Technology sector, where she honed her skills and expertise.

Neha's educational pursuits reached new heights with an MBA in Human Resources from AIMA (All India Management Association) Delhi, setting the stage for a successful corporate career. She entered the professional arena, working with esteemed organizations such as Jubilant FoodWorks Pvt Ltd, where she dedicated over a decade of her life.
